There are 2 ways to lose weight, eat less or spend more calories. Easy to say!

EAT LESS
The recipe, everyone knows it will reduce the quantities, remove as much fat, carbohydrates are reduced, we lose weight. This way to lose weight is the most logical. However, some people fail to lose weight, others to keep the weight loss, and others leaving their morale. After some tests, each is able to recognize its potential to lose weight, and to consider the most feasible.

For those who can lose weight without depressing or without relapse. The simplest is to give a maximum of calories to consume per day, consistent with physical activity. Once the weight is reasonable, we must maintain a sufficient physical activity (often augmented) and dietary habits final.  For those that depress when they can no longer eat when they need or want, what works?

SPEND MORE CALORIES
This is where life is horrible and unfair: there are people whose bodies need more calories than average to work. For the same activity with the same diet, some will be lean, others obese, others according to standard NF.
