Well meaning friends and family have been known to sabotage many a diet. They don’t mean to most of the time, they really do care about your health and happiness. Don’t let them tell you how to lose weight fast, unless they are a doctor. You need to do research and see what the cause of your extra weight is, and work on that problem.
If you chose to take weight loss supplements, investigate each brand carefully. Know what ingredients are in the pills you are taking. This way when your mom tells you about deadly diet pills she heard about on the news, you can assure her you are concerned, but you chose a safe brand.
The best weight loss pills are quite safe and work well if you stick to your diet. Do not fall for the efforts of friends to get you to go out for fast food. Suggest an alternative, like coffee and a movie instead. Don’t lecture them about their greasy, calorie laden choices, lead by example instead. While it may be difficult to resist relative who push sweets they made on you, it can be done. Try telling them that you would love to have some, but ask if you can take it home instead. If you really have to, take one bite and find a way to hide the rest until you can dispose of it later. You don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings, but it’s your health.
