Tips to Lose Weight

To lose weight is very important to stay well hydrated by drinking water throughout the day. What is generally recommended (except in special cases) is to drink at least eight glasses of water a day.

If we are careful with what your body calls us to realize that thirst is often mistaken for hunger, so we can eat without really hungry as we have.

Do not wait until you’re thirsty to drink water, it is best to drink water constantly and thus contribute to reducing hunger outside the appropriate time.
