detox dietsSometimes without realizing we stopped paying enough attention to our diets. The foods we eat are often purchased, enough coffee and we forget that we need to supply your body with enough water. When you realize you’re a mess it is too late and need a complete detoxification.

It is about good nutrition and hydration. The steps represent an important change in your diet, but it’s nothing serious considering that only get benefits. Perhaps the adaptation cost, but you will feel much better after a few days.

Let’s start with the liquids. Cut full with caffeine, alcohol and soda. Replace them all with water. You should drink at least eight glasses of water (or two liters) per day, and if you consume more than three liters not pass unless you do the sports and sweat a lot (by the way, we recommend this option).

With regard to food should include in your diet mostly fruits and vegetables. It also introduces lean meat, turkey and fish. Whole grain foods and vegetables also give you a hand. Say no to processed foods, bread and fatty acids.

A diet of this kind will take about ten days if you want to detoxify your body efficiently. It is a fact that the first three or four days you will feel a little lacking in energy. But when you’re in the middle of the process you will feel much better, and not to mention your sense of vitality of the tenth day.

When the temperature soars, the most important thing is to drink plenty of fluids, but do not forget to eat well. When you sweat, remove vitamins and minerals, so it is very important to replace both as each other, and to do nothing better than fresh fruit and vegetables. The heat also increases the risk of infections and digestive problems. Eating foods rich in fiber helps maintain good intestinal transit.

Good nutrition during this period is especially important for pregnant women, convalescents and the elderly. For these individuals, not caloric requirements should be abandoned. Therefore, we must eat low-volume but to provide enough nutrients and calories.

The cold soups and salads are great for all people of all ages, but very full and if it is particularly advisable to reduce appetite to eat other foods as well. It is better to eat small amounts and often make a big meal that day. In hot weather a binge can be also very dangerous. Ingesting small amounts prevents further cuts digestion and heat stroke.
