Diet Cabbage Soup

Low five to seven kilos in a week. With the diet of cabbage you can wear a slim figure in a few days, simply follow to the letter.

When you start the diet you should drink lots of water, take as much soup as you want and you can season your meals with soy sauce or English, herbs, salt, pepper, lemon, ketchup, mustard or vinegar.

Ingredients:

- 1 small head cabbage, chopped or grated
- 2 large onions
- 1 can of peeled tomatoes (you can peel them at home if you wish)
- 2 green peppers
- 4 stalks celery
- Beef or chicken broth, enough to make a big pot of soup
- Black pepper
- Chopped fresh herbs
- 6 sliced carrots
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar

Preparation of cabbage soup

Put all the vegetables in a large pot and cover with the broth. Take them to a boil, cook it over low heat for about 10 minutes. Cover the pot, and waits until all vegetables are tender. Add pepper and fresh herbs.

Below is a list of foods you can eat with the soup, which you must take at least one cup a day.

Day 1: any fruit.
Day 2: any plant, raw or cooked. You can even eat potatoes
butter.
Day 3: Fruit and vegetables, all but potatoes or bananas.
Day 4: Bananas and skim milk. You can eat up to 8 if you want, and as many glasses of milk.
- Day 5: Beef, skinless chicken or fish. You can also pair it with 6 tomatoes.
- Day 6: same as day 5, add vegetables.
- Day 7: Brown rice, vegetables and unsweetened fruit juice.
