The best diet to beat the heat is that which keeps us hydrated, nourished and clean. As each season, the summer requires a thermometer adapted to feeding and seasonal products.

When the temperature soars, the most important thing is to drink plenty of fluids, but do not forget to eat well. When you sweat, remove vitamins and minerals, so it is very important to replace both as each other, and to do nothing better than fresh fruit and vegetables. The heat also increases the risk of infections and digestive problems. Eating foods rich in fiber helps maintain good intestinal transit.

Heat and inappetence
The heat removes the desire to eat and yet eat well in summer is essential to replenish all the vitamins and minerals that remove the sweat.

Good nutrition during this period is especially important for pregnant women, convalescents and the elderly. For these individuals, not caloric requirements should be abandoned. Therefore, we must eat low-volume but to provide enough nutrients and calories.

The cold soups and salads are great for all people of all ages, but very full and if it is particularly advisable to reduce appetite to eat other foods as well. It is better to eat small amounts and often make a big meal that day. In hot weather a binge can be also very dangerous. Ingesting small amounts prevents further cuts digestion and heat stroke.
